We price the membership in US Dollars, but you can pay with any currency. Your payment will be automatically converted to USD at the current exchange rate when you check out.

We add new recipes and meal plans every month. You’ll get fresh seasonal content, trending recipes from our social media, and new goal-based meal plans regularly. Your membership gives you access to everything we’ve already created plus all future additions.

The Plantbaes membership is accessed through your web browser on any device (phone, tablet, or computer). Simply log in and you’ll have full access to all recipes, meal plans, and tools. You can save the site as an “app” to your home screen for quick access like a native app.

Yes. If you sign up for a monthly plan, you can cancel any month and your access will continue until the end of your billing period. If you choose an annual plan, you can cancel renewal at any time and your access will continue through the end of your year.

The membership is a self-guided program with hundreds of recipes, meal plans, and educational resources created by Sarah. While we don’t offer individual coaching or custom meal plans, our library includes diverse goal-based plans (weight loss, gut health, energy, heart health, and more) that you can customize to fit your needs.

Cooking & Recipes

Both. Every recipe includes measurements in both metric (grams, milliliters) and imperial (cups, tablespoons, ounces) so you can use whichever system you’re most comfortable with.

No special equipment needed unless specified in the recipe. Most recipes use basic kitchen tools like a cutting board, knife, pots, and pans. A blender or food processor is helpful but not required for lots of recipes. The recipes include step-by-step instructions that work for beginners, plus Sarah’s videos to show you the process.

Recipes range widely. Some might take just 10 minutes to prep and others take 20-45 minutes. Many of our meal plans are designed specifically for meal prep and batch cooking, so you can cook once and eat multiple times throughout the week. We have lots of quick dinner recipes!

Absolutely. Every recipe includes an adjustable servings tool that automatically recalculates all ingredient amounts when you change the serving size. Whether you’re cooking for yourself, a partner, or a family, just adjust the servings and the recipe updates instantly. The recipes are designed to be delicious and approachable for everyone, including kids.

Yes. Every recipe includes complete nutrition information showing calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, and other key nutrients. You’ll also find detailed macros and micronutrient breakdowns on our meal plans, so you can track exactly what you’re eating if that’s important to you.

The membership includes a calorie calculator that determines your personalized daily calorie target based on your age, height, weight, activity level, and goals. We also offer meal plans at different calorie levels (1800, 1900, 2000+ calories) so you can choose the plan that matches your needs.

Absolutely. Our meal plans are designed to be high in protein, with many options providing 100+ grams per day. Inside the membership, you’ll find a protein calculator that shows you exactly how much protein you need based on your goals, plus meal plans specifically designed for high protein (like our 120 g+ meal prep plans).
